Job Description Property Litigation – Solicitor/FCILEx or Barrister -1-3 years PQE A national Legal 100 firm, with a top-tier Legal 500 team, is looking for a 1-3 years PQE Solicitor/FCILEx or Barrister to join their thriving Property Litigation team. They have approximately 150 Solicitors across the firm and work with over 100 Registered Providers (RPs), local authorities, and private landlords across England & Wales on a wide variety of property litigation and housing management matters. This firm offers a lot of support and a highly competitive salary, making it a great fit for an ambitious Solicitor/FCILEx or Barrister. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of leasehold management and housing matters including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, and cases before the FTT (training to be provided in any areas lacking experience). Supporting the partners on large and more complex matters. Advising on some non-contentious matters such as policy advice, especially for housing and care providers.
