An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Associate Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join a highly regarded and growing team in Sevenoaks.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client lawyer looking to take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload while playing an important role in the continued growth and development of the department.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts and trust administration
  • Inheritance Tax and tax planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering clear, practical and tailored legal advice. As a more senior member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues, support their development and contribute to the strategic growth of the department.

About You

You will be a mid to senior-level Private Client fee earner with strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client service. You will be commercially minded, confident managing your own caseload and keen to play a key role within a collaborative and ambitious team.
