NQ – 1 year PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor | £45- £50k | Sevenoaks office | 1-day WFH after probation | opportunity to gain experience in Commercial Property.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a NQ to 1 Year PQE Solicitor to join a well‑established, highly regarded regional firm with several offices including Central London. The firm provides comprehensive legal and consulting services across the UK and overseas, with a longstanding reputation and notable client portfolio.

The Role

You will focus on residential property matters, with opportunities to develop commercial property skills. Commercial property experience is not required, only an understanding.

Residential Property work will include

• Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions
• Shared ownership transactions
• Listed building transactions
• House sales in conservation areas
• Legal issues related to agricultural restrictions

Requirements

• NQ – 1 year PQE solicitor with a residential property seat/experience completed
• Exposure or understanding of basic commercial property transactions (no experience needed)
• Enjoy working in an office environment
• A personable, collaborative team player
• Positive, driven attitude with eagerness to learn and develop

Base pay range

£45,000 – £50,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience.
