We are acting for a highly credible and successful law firm who is looking to employ an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its well-established team in St Albans. This role would suit a commercially minded, pragmatic, and highly client-focused lawyer with 4–6 years’ PQE who enjoys being visible with clients and playing an active role in relationship building.
The Role
You will advise an enviable client base including high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, investment companies, professional landlords, developers, and corporate clients with property interests. The work is high value, requiring excellent technical ability alongside a polished, bespoke approach to client service. A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships and representing the firm externally is essential. There is a full caseload to take over on starting; however, you would be required to meet with clients and attend networking events to build on these relationships.

You will join a close-knit and supportive team within a firm that genuinely invests in its people. Requirements
- 4–6 years’ PQE in Residential Real Estate
- Strong experience in high-quality residential matters including working with HNW and UHNW clients
- Confident, personable, and polished in client-facing situations
- Keen to attend client meetings, networking events, and business development activities
- Commercial, pragmatic, and calm under pressure
