Role: Residential Property Solicitor (3–5 PQE)
Location: South West London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day working from home
The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in South West London is looking to recruit an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, enjoys building client relationships and wants to take their career and earning potential to the next level.
The firm has a strong presence in the high-net-worth residential property market, regularly handling transactions involving properties valued at £1m+. They are looking for someone with the drive and ambition to develop their own practice, generate business and maximise their earning potential.
This opportunity would particularly suit someone who is motivated by success, wants to be rewarded for their hard work and has the ambition to make a strong financial return from their career.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle high-value residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Advise HNW individuals and clients on complex residential property matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other introducers.
- Identify opportunities to develop new business and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
- Deliver a high standard of client care while working efficiently and commercially.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in Residential Property.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- Experience handling high-value residential property transactions would be advantageous.
- Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by financial success.
- Confident building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing your own caseload independently.
