We are working with a highly regarded law firm in the heart of the City of London, known for its outstanding property practice and vibrant team culture. Due to continued growth and an increasingly busy pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a talented and driven Residential Conveyancing professional.
The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic chance to join a fast-paced, well-established department handling high-quality residential transactions across London and beyond. The firm welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Fee Earners with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a full caseload of residential property matters independently.
Key Requirement:
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Confidence in running a busy caseload including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
- Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working within a busy legal team
