VIEW FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Residential Property Solicitor – NQ to 2 PQE | £40k–£55k DOE Bonus | Newham, East London Our client, a well-regarded law firm with well established presence in East London, is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join their busy and supportive Residential Conveyancing team. The firm prides itself on providing a professional, client-focused service, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish with minimal disruption for clients. The firm is CQS accredited and on the panel of most major mortgage lenders. It is highly recommended by estate agents, mortgage brokers, and housebuilders for its expertise and high-quality service. The Role You will join a collaborative team where there is no requirement to bring in your own work – there is plenty of work available. You will work across a wide variety of property transactions including: Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation Transfers of Equity / Change of Name Remortgages and Buy-to-Let Properties Right to Buy & Local Authority Buy Back / Compulsory Purchase What We Offer A busy caseload and opportunity to learn from experienced individuals.
