Residential Property Solicitor (HNW/UHNW) 1-4 years PQE – Market rate – Boutique firm in NW London

As the longest-standing law firm in this area of NW London, they have grown into a boutique practice offering expert legal advice across a range of personal and commercial areas, tailored to meet the needs of their high and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

They are looking to strengthen their well-regarded Property team by hiring a junior Solicitor (1–4 years PQE) with experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Role:

They work with a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to seasoned property developers and international investors. Located in a highly desirable area in NW London, they are frequently instructed on transactions involving some of London’s most prestigious addresses.

Their property team brings extensive expertise in handling high-value, complex transactions across prime locations in NW and Central London.

You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing including re-mortgages, new leases and lease extensions.

What they are looking for:

• Property Solicitor who has between 1-4 years PQE
• Experience of acting for HNW/UHNW clients
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Solid understanding of all aspects of residential property
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively
