An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an international, Chambers-ranked, award-winning law firm based in the heart of Covent Garden. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE who thrives in a client-focused, high-quality environment and is looking to make a long-term move in their career.

The Role:

You’ll handle a broad caseload of high-end residential property matters, acting for a loyal and discerning client base. This includes:

• Managing a range of transactions from leasehold and freehold sales and purchases to re-mortgages and equity release
• Acting on off-plan, new build, and auction properties
• Working with high-net-worth clients on prime London property deals
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers, and related legal documentation
• Supporting cross-departmental matters with Private Client and Family teams
• Ensuring compliance with AML and client onboarding procedures
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the team

What You’ll Bring:

• Circa 5+ years’ PQE with broad experience across residential property matters
• A confident, client-facing approach with excellent communication skills
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Experience working with HNW clients and complex transactions
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and an interest in supporting business development initiatives as part of the firm wide strategy.
