Role Location – Northampton Salary – £45k The team The Real Estate Conveyancing Team offers a professional conveyancing service aimed at making the property buying or selling process efficient and stress-free for clients. Our Client is one of the largest firms of conveyancing solicitors accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme. The conveyancing service provided by the Private Client Practice meets the high standards expected of the firm and is frequently recognized in national consumer service awards. The role The role requires expertise in the technical aspects necessary to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a strong focus on customer service, in alignment with the firms’ Values and Agreed Behaviors. Main responsibilities Competently and confidently manage all essential tasks within a conveyancing transaction. Handle Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership sale and purchase transactions with minimal supervision. Supervise paralegals in using systems and processes to ensure efficient transaction management. Build and maintain strong working relationships with all work providers. Deliver high standards of customer care to clients and work providers. For candidates with management experience, there is an opportunity to lead a team of 2-3 paralegals, ensuring the team can handle a volume caseload with minimal assistance. You will have responsibility for managing referrals from key partners and may be required to attend regional meetings periodically. This includes establishing effective working relationships with suppliers to meet shared deadlines and targets.
