An exceptional opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 100 law firm, who offer a clear path for progression, has become available in their London team. The Firm is looking for a talented Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx to step into a key role with a successful and forward-thinking property team.

The role:

Working with a wide-ranging client base – from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals with extensive portfolios – you’ll manage your own files and collaborate closely with senior lawyers to deliver outstanding client service including:

  • Running a varied caseload of residential property transactions with autonomy and efficiency
  • Delivering pragmatic, commercially sound advice and building strong relationships with clients
  • Supporting strategic projects and contributing to the wider growth of the team
  • Taking an active role in business development and networking
  • Collaborating with partners on complex matters, pricing, and tailored legal solutions
  • Driving consistent billing, time recording, and performance targets
  • Identifying cross-referral opportunities across departments

Your expertise:

  • A qualified Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–4 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) with a broad residential property experience, including HNW clients.
  • Experience gained from a well-regarded ranked London or regional firm
  • Strong technical skills and a commitment to excellent client care
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Organised, with great attention to detail and time management skills
