A well-established law firm based in South Buckinghamshire is looking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. With an excellent reputation across the region and strong links into London and the surrounding areas, the firm acts for a diverse client base ranging from individuals through to businesses and property owners.
The role
We are looking for a Property/Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE to join the team. The role would suit a commercially aware litigator looking to develop their practice and take on a broad range of high-quality contentious work.
Whilst the caseload will include a variety of civil litigation matters, there will be a particular focus on property litigation work. You will be advising clients on a range of landlord and tenant disputes, property-related claims and wider commercial litigation matters. The wider team handle interesting mix of work including commercial disputes, contract claims, High Court litigation, landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, forfeiture claims, boundary disputes, easements and more.
What we are looking for?
- A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Dispute Resolution / Civil Litigation / Property Litigation
- Experience handling property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes
- Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills
- A commercially minded approach with the ability to provide practical legal advice
- A proactive and ambitious individual with an interest in business development and practice growth
