We are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our well-established law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal to work on a broad range of private client matters, supporting fee earners and providing an exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Supporting in the administration of estates, including probate applications and inheritance tax calculations.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties professionally and efficiently.
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
Key Requirements:
