Post-Completions Paralegal – Real Estate Finance | London (EC1M) | £40k | office based We are working on behalf of a well-established London law firm to recruit an experienced Post-Completions Paralegal to join its Real Estate Finance team. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to a candidate with solid post-completion experience who can manage registrations accurately and within strict statutory deadlines.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting property finance transactions, working closely with fee earners, lenders and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient post-completion process.Key Responsibilities Preparing and submitting SDLT returns, AP1 and FR1 applications via the Land Registry portalCollating and reviewing supporting documentation for Land Registry applicationsCarrying out OS1/OS2 and bankruptcy searches and maintaining priority periodsManaging Land Registry requisitions end-to-end, including drafting responses and monitoring deadlinesDealing with discharges, restrictions and security registrations within statutory timeframesUploading post-completion documents to lender portals including LMS and Lender ExchangeProviding regular progress updates to lender clients through agreed communication channelsIssuing confirmation and registration documentation upon completionWorking collaboratively with colleagues to resolve requisitions efficientlySkills and Experience Proven post-completions experience within property or real estate finance is essentialStrong understanding of Land Registry processes, SDLT and lender portal requirementsExcellent organisational and time management skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailConfident written and verbal communication skillsProactive, reliable and calm under pressureThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced post-completions professional to join a respected Real Estate Finance team in a central London location.
