We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global law firm in their search for a People Systems Analyst to join their collaborative and forward-thinking People team, based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR systems experience, ideally within a professional services environment, who’s looking to take the next step in their career within a truly international setting.
As a People Systems Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the firm’s HR technology platforms. The core system is SAP SuccessFactors, so previous experience with this, or similar systems, would be highly advantageous.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day operations of HR systems, including configuration, testing, and user support.
- Collaborating with global HR teams to identify system improvements and support major HR projects like appraisals and regrading.
- Producing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support data-led decision-making.
- Working on system upgrades, rollouts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
- Delivering training and support to HR users and self-service stakeholders.
