A highly regarded, successful law firm with a strong and well-established property practice is looking to appoint an NQ Leasehold Enfranchisement or Residential Property Solicitor who is keen to train and specialise in Leasehold Enfranchisement.
The firm is recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, including Chambers High Net Worth, and is on track to become a Legal 200 firm this year. Its property team is a standout practice within the firm, offering excellent long-term career prospects and structured development.

The opportunity
This role is ideal for an NQ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who enjoys property law and wants to move away from pure conveyancing into a specialist, technical area of property law. You will receive hands-on training and mentoring in leasehold enfranchisement, initially working on:
- Non-statutory lease extensions
- Management enquiries
- Licences, deeds of covenant, consents and notices
As your experience develops, you will progress into statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement work, building a specialist caseload within a respected team.
Your skills
- Newly qualified Solicitor, ideally with Leasehold Enfranchisement experience in their seat or fee earning experience.
- Strong interest in leasehold enfranchisement and technical property work.
- Confident communicator with excellent client care.
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- Keen to build a long-term career and specialism.
