A growing London law firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function and drive a people-first, high-performance culture. This part-time role, three days per week, is based in West Central London with regular rotation across multiple offices, offering a pro rata salary of £75,000.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver HR strategy, oversee the full employee lifecycle, manage complex employee relations, and support talent and performance management. The role includes leading learning and development initiatives, fostering employee engagement, providing HR insights and reporting, supporting organisational change, and advising managers on policies and employment law compliance.

Candidates should have 7+ years HR leadership experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment, hold CIPD Level 5+, and have expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices. You should be confident leading, influencing, and implementing tech-enabled HR solutions.
