The role:
- You will manage your own varied caseload of Medical Negligence cases and be joining one of the country’s leading clinical negligence departments.
- You will be offering advice and guidance on medical negligence claims throughout the whole process.
- Giving clear, practical advice, guidance and support to clients.
- Managing your own caseload.
- Advising on financial compensation whether through misdiagnosis, procedure error or inadequate treatment.
- Supporting clients throughout their case against private practitioners and the NHS, including GPs and hospitals.
- The cases work on a no win, no fee basis.
