The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high-quality service to clients while contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a full caseload of high volume residential conveyancing files including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Fee Earner
- Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
