A prestigious Corporate London law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 as a leading practice, is seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate or Partner to join its highly regarded and thriving disputes team. The team comprises four Partners, two Senior Associates, Associates and Paralegals, and is instructed on significant and complex disputes with an international dimension. The firm advises clients across Europe, Asia and the United States, with particular strength in cross-border litigation and international arbitration. The approach combines technical excellence with clear strategic and commercial judgement to achieve effective and proportionate outcomes.
This is a key strategic hire. The firm is seeking a senior litigator with a portable following who is looking for a high-calibre international platform from which to further develop and scale their practice.
The Practice
The team advises on a broad range of high-value contentious matters, including:
- Commercial litigation
- Mediation and arbitration
- Property disputes
- Banking and insolvency litigation
- Asset recovery and fraud
- Libel and defamation
- Professional negligence
- Group actions
