A leading US law firm in London is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their Real Estate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This role provides hands-on experience on high-profile Real Estate transactions within a collaborative and supportive team.
You will support the team by:
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Coordinating deals
- Managing due diligence
- Maintaining trackers and data rooms
- Conducting Companies House filings
- Liaising with clients and internal teams
- Providing general administrative support
Candidates should hold a university degree (2:1 or above) and three A-levels (AAB or equivalent), with previous City Real Estate paralegal experience. Strong IT and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work are essential.
