A multi award winning, top ranked and top tier Chambers and Legal 500 firm, based near Euston station, are currently looking for a Medical Negligence Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience to join their expanding clinical negligence department. This firm was built based on its core values of helping individuals to have access to justice and fight injustice. They have represented ordinary people for over four decades and have a wide range of lawyers that speak multiple languages.
The role:
- You will manage your own varied caseload of Medical Negligence cases and be joining one of the country's leading clinical negligence departments.
- You will be offering advice and guidance on medical negligence claims throughout the whole process.
- Giving clear, practical advice, guidance and support to clients.
- Managing your own caseload.
- Advising on financial compensation whether through misdiagnosis, procedure error or inadequate treatment.
- Supporting clients throughout their case against private practitioners and the NHS, including GPs and hospitals.
- The cases work on a no win, no fee basis.

- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience.
