Our client, a prestigious and highly regarded London law firm, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join its growing Business Services team.

This is a broad and varied role, offering the opportunity to work across marketing, communications and business development, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to the firm's continued growth.

The Role

  • A key focus will be managing the firm's legal directory and awards programme, including:
  • Managing submissions for Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Spear's and other relevant directories and awards.
  • Co-ordinating submission deadlines and working with multiple practice areas.
  • Preparing and uploading submissions, referee lists and supporting documentation.
  • Keeping up to date with directory requirements, research processes and submission criteria.
  • Monitoring researcher details, referee engagement and interview opportunities.
  • Communicating rankings and accolades and supporting related website and Linked In updates.
  • Supporting BD initiatives including market research, targeting, events, pitches and proposals.
  • Supporting the ongoing development and data integrity of the firm's CRM system.
