This role is a fixed‐term contract (12–15 months) as a Litigation Associate to cover maternity leave. It offers an attractive salary range; the exact pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients across sectors, ensuring timeliness and attention to detail.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and in other proceedings.
- Collaborate with the legal team to deliver innovative and pragmatic solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering commercial and practical advice tailored to unique business objectives.
- Stay up‐to‐date with evolving legislation and case law to ensure best practice.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking, client seminars, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to provide clear, concise, and client‐focused legal guidance.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
