A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced Tax Legal Secretary to join its busy and collaborative Tax team. This is a replacement role, offering the opportunity to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support within a fast-paced, professional environment.
The role will involve duties such as:
- Diary and inbox management
- Document production
- E-filing
- Arranging travel
- Processing timesheets
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting fee earners on tax matters and general team administration
The ideal candidate will have proven legal secretarial experience, preferably within Tax law, with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office. A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, is essential.
Working Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, the firm offers hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team.
