Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Partners and fee earners
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently
- Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare and format correspondence and legal documents (copy and/or audio typing)
- Utilise Bighand and Outlook effectively for document and email management
- Open and close client matters, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
- Support business development activities, including preparing and sending mailshots and maintaining mailing lists
- Assist in planning and coordinating departmental events
- Accurately use DocuSign for electronic document handling
- Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Save, file, and retrieve emails and other electronic communications
- Screen incoming calls and aid clients where appropriate
- Handle scanning, photocopying, and liaise with the general office as needed
