HR Manager (Part-Time 3 / Days Per Week)

An established and internationally focused professional services firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its London team on a permanent, part-time basis, working three days per week on-site.
This is a broad, hands-on role working closely with Partners and senior leadership across the full employee lifecycle, covering employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence, HR policies, employment law compliance and wider HR initiatives.
The role also has a strong focus on professional development, coaching and employee engagement, supporting career progression, performance and wellbeing across the firm.
We are looking for a confident HR generalist with experience within a law firm or professional services environment, or strong knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and coaching experience would be desirable.
