A Top Tier Legal 500 firm is currently looking for multiple junior Private Client solicitors to work within their highly ranked Court of Protection team, working on a wide range of deputyship matters. This team sees interesting and high-value work advising HNW clients and the Partner leading the Court of Protection team is one of only circa 50 solicitors authorised to work on panel controller matters! This is an opportunity to join a thriving firm with an excellent work culture that offers excellent progression and a good work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Court of Protection applications and assisting in deputyship applications with good levels of support.
- Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners on Court of Protection matters, including work with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Supporting the running and development of the Private Client Team.
- Assisting with client development and marketing projects.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record within a reputable law firm.
- Experience with financial Court of Protection matters (those with experience in private client who have completed a seat in Court of Protection will also be strongly considered!).
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- The ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
