A boutique London firm based in Wimbledon is looking to bring a new experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their fantastic team. With a broad caseload of commercial property matters, this role includes Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development (including site acquisitions) and more. The firm offers a competitive salary and a good work/life balance in an environment that prioritises good culture, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to accelerate their career with a high-quality caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of HNW Commercial Property Matters, Acquisitions and Disposals, Developments, and Property Investment matters.
- Working alongside highly experienced solicitors with established clients.
- Representing and building relationships with commercial clients.
- Supporting the continued growth of the team including supervision of junior legal professionals when necessary.
- Researching appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters.
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor of 4+ PQE. Other levels will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Extensive experience managing Commercial Property or Real Estate matters, to include landlord and tenant, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Strong academic background.
- Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail.
