We are instructed by a leading international law firm to recruit an Aviation Claims Executive to join its highly regarded aerospace team. This is a fully remote position, offering genuine flexibility while working closely with a specialist London-based aviation practice. The Aviation Claims Executive will manage a significant portfolio of passenger claims for a high-profile airline client. This role is ideally suited to an Aviation Claims Executive seeking high-quality aviation work within a structured remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a high-volume caseload of passenger aviation claims
- Handling litigated matters before the English courts from instruction to resolution
- Advising on liability and quantum in aviation-related disputes
- Liaising directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Requirements:
- Proven aviation claims experience (essential)
- Experience handling litigated claims in the English courts
- UK261 claim experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent client engagement and communication skills
