The Role As a Locum Solicitor, you will hit the ground running with a broad caseload of Family matters, including: * Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children s issues, prenuptial agreements and emergency applications. * Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of client care throughout the process. * Represent clients in hearings and at court, where applicable. * Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, court applications and settlement agreements. * Work collaboratively with the family law team, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues when needed. * Adapt quickly to changing case demands and deadlines, ensuring the smooth running of files.
