We are working on behalf of our client, a well‑established and growing law firm, who are seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 1‑2+ years PQE to join their expanding Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle a broad range of contentious matters while playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Act on a varied litigation caseload, including civil, commercial, and property disputes
  • Handle contractual disputes, debt recovery matters, and landlord and tenant litigation
  • Manage cases independently, including drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings and trials, and conducting negotiations
  • Provide clear, strategic advice to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Work collaboratively with senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters
  • Contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the litigation practice
