A well-established law firm is seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Secretary to join its Commercial Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to support senior legal professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting a Senior Solicitor and Legal Executive with a range of administrative and legal support tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client interaction both in person and over the phone
  • Document preparation (including digital dictation)
  • File management
  • Supporting the completion process
  • Preparing standard legal documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Managing diaries and appointments
  • Providing quotes to prospective clients

We’re looking for someone with prior experience in conveyancing, strong IT skills (including MS Office), and excellent audio typing capabilities. A solid understanding of the conveyancing process is essential, along with a professional and organised approach to work.
