We are working with a respected law firm in Wimbledon that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their thriving Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a fee earner with a busy and varied caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
You will be involved in all stages of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion. Key duties will include:
