Croydon – Hybrid Working | £45,000 – £70,000 DOE + Bonus
A leading South London firm with offices across the region is looking to hire a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (2–5 years’ PQE) with strong Leasehold Enfranchisement and Residential Conveyancing experience.
The Role
You will manage a busy, varied caseload including:
- Lease extensions & collective enfranchisement (essential)
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages, remortgages & option agreements
- Declarations of trust & joint ownership
- Development site acquisitions & estate conveyancing
- 1:1 support from a dedicated Paralegal or Secretary
About You
- 2–5 years’ PQE in both leasehold enfranchisement and residential property
- Confident handling your own files
- Committed to delivering high-quality client service
