Job Title: Locum Residential Property Solicitor / Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Kent
Rate: Competitive hourly/day rates available

Are you an experienced residential property professional looking for flexible work with a reputable firm? We are currently seeking Locum Residential Property Solicitors, Conveyancers and Fee Earners to support our clients and their busy property teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Liaise with clients, agents and third parties providing regular updates and maintaining high client care standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with demonstrable residential conveyancing experience.
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with case management systems.
