An established and internationally focused professional services firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its London team on a permanent, part-time basis.

This is a broad and hands-on HR Manager role, working closely with Partners and senior leadership across the full employee lifecycle. You will take responsibility for:

  • Employee relations
  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding
  • Performance management
  • Absence management
  • HR policies
  • Employment law compliance
  • Wider HR initiatives

The role also has a strong focus on professional development, coaching and employee engagement, supporting employees with career progression, performance and wellbeing, while identifying learning and development opportunities across the firm.

We are looking for a confident HR generalist with experience within a law firm, or strong knowledge of UK employment law and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent would be desirable, as would coaching experience or a recognised coaching qualification.
