The team has a particularly strong reputation for Housing law and has brought several significant cases over the last 10-15 years. The team is proud to hold Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme contracts with the Legal Aid Agency in East London.
The Role
The firm is looking for a strong Housing Solicitor with knowledge of Housing and Housing Litigation work. The role will require experience of working within a Legal Aid firm/caseload as well as experience of acting as a duty advisor under a Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme. You will require experience of:
- possession claims,
- harassment, disrepair,
- homelessness,
Who are you?
- Solicitor with experience of handling a caseload Housing matters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Previous experience in client handling with problem solving ability
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
