Are you an experienced Senior Litigation Legal Secretary / EA looking for your next career move? This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious, fast-paced specialist litigation firm in Central London.
Working directly with a Founding Partner, you will provide proactive, high-level support across a varied workload, including complex diary management, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, arranging travel and preparing documents and meeting materials.
You will also liaise with clients, counsel and senior stakeholders, assist with client and business development activities and support ad hoc projects. The ability to anticipate the Partner’s needs, manage competing priorities and work with complete discretion will be key.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, Legal PA or Senior Litigation Legal Secretary / EA , ideally with experience supporting a Partner or senior individual within a law firm or professional services environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.
