My client is a highly regarded firm with deep roots in employment law, offering a brilliant opportunity to join their prolific London team. The firm offers other services, and the team work closely with teams in different areas of law.

The Role

The firm is now looking for an additional Solicitor in their team due to new business/growth in the team. You will handle a broad range of employment matters—both contentious and non-contentious—for a diverse client base. Work includes tribunal claims, discrimination cases, redundancy, TUPE, contracts, policies, and advisory work for both employers and employees. The firm is recognised for their highly successful employment practice and have a solid base of legacy clients to work with, as well as constant flow of new business into the firm from recommendations from the excellent technical and client service they provide.

What They’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Experience acting for Employers and Employees, litigious and advisory.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with proficient negotiations skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex matters to clients in a clear and simple way.
  • Tribunal experience advantageous
  • Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
  • A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
