Employment Solicitor, £80 – £95k DOE plus profit share and benefits, hybrid working, City of London A top-tier, specialist employment law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. Founded by some of the country’s most highly regarded employment law experts – many of whom are individually ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 – the firm is renowned for its success in handling complex and high-profile cases The role Well known for acting on behalf of C- suite executives who work for large organisations, but also work with businesses assisting with their employee challenges; working on contentious and non- contentious matters as follows: Contract negotiations Severance negotiations and unfair dismissal Whistleblowing and discrimination litigation Advise clients on matters such as restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes. Partnership and LLP work. Contractual disputes under the jurisdiction of the High Court Misrepresentation Personal injury claims arising out of stress at work. Settlement Representation of clients in Employment Tribunal or High Court litigation/ or both.
