Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2–4 Years PQE)
Location: Whitechapel, London
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time | Hybrid after probation
The Opportunity
A well-established London law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2–4 years PQE to join their growing litigation team based in Whitechapel. This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your career handling a wide range of property and commercial disputes, working closely with experienced colleagues and supporting a diverse client base including private individuals and SMEs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of property and commercial litigation matters
- Handling disputes relating to landlord and tenant possession, disrepair, service charge disputes, lease breaches, contractual claims, and shareholder disputes
- Providing clear and timely advice while maintaining excellent client care
- Supporting business development and networking efforts to contribute to department growth
- Collaborating closely with other departments to offer holistic client services
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in property and/or commercial litigation
- Proven experience acting for landlords and small business clients
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Client-focused, proactive, and commercially aware
- Ability to manage cases independently and prioritise effectively
- Valid practising certificate
