An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our key clients, a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers UK recognised firm, as they continue to grow. They are looking for a talented Court of Protection Solicitor (1–3 years PQE) to join their dynamic and expanding social welfare department.

There will be the opportunity to work on community care, public law and housing cases, but the focus will be on court of protection cases.

  • At least 1 years PQE of representing clients in a range of Court of Protection work in a welfare capacity.
  • You will be joining the department who specialise in community care, housing and public law.
