Corporate Senior Associate

A well known and highly regarded Regional Firm, with an office based in the heart of the London is looking for a strong and experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving team. With a well developed team of over 30 Lawyers, and a firm of over 600 employees nationwide they are a powerhouse firm working with clients clients across the health, retail, banking, finance, technology, and media sectors.
This position is for a Senior Associate or up and coming Associate looking for career progression and an exciting caseload of M&A, Equity Fundraisings (including venture capital), partnership and shareholder agreements, restructuring matters, reorganisations and more. With a good work/life balance and a reputation for excellent progression up Partnership, this is a brilliant opportunity for the right Senior Solicitor looking for a new role that provides quick career development in an excellent legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex and interesting corporate matters including M&A, private equity, venture capital, commercial agreements, restructuring matters, reorganisation and more,
- Develop relationships with local and national clients to create a business network,
- Assist with the development of the overall team and supervise junior Solicitors,
- Work alongside leading Partners on complex matters and business development plans,
- Meet client needs and expectations with the highest standards of care and compliance.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record of high-quality and complex post-qualification experience (5+ years PQE desired, but similar levels will be considered),
- A history working in excellent nationally recognised private practice environments with a good level of independence,
- Proven experience managing a caseload of corporate law matters to include M&A and Private equity cases,
- Excellent attention to detail as well as organisational ability.
- The ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
- Interest in business development and supervisory duties.
