Our client, a reputable law firm located near Solent, is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Manager to join their dynamic team. As Conveyancing Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end conveyancing process while supervising a small team. You’ll manage a range of transactions and ensure legal compliance and high standards of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage a broad caseload including Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership transactions
- Supervise and support a team of 2-3 paralegals, ensuring efficient and accurate file handling
- Oversee the full conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with work providers and referrers
- Attend regional meetings, contribute to service improvements, and key account relationships
- Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
- Proven experience managing various residential conveyancing transactions independently
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and compliance requirements
- Previous experience supervising junior staff or paralegals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software
