Our client is a reputable full-service law firm with two offices in Kent. They are looking to boost their Commercial Property team with a further Solicitor acting for a wide range of clients from small to medium businesses to large corporate entities. Their dedicated commercial property solicitors have assisted clients that include well-known and established property developers, landowners, colleges, schools, housing associations and commercial clients with extensive commercial property and real estate portfolios nationwide, as well as many individual clients.
The role
- Run your own caseload of commercial property work: acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, development projects, and secured lending
- Work alongside experienced colleagues on complex and high-value transactions
- Deliver practical, commercially focused advice to a loyal client base
- Get involved in business development and help shape the future of the department
