A boutique central London firm, Legal 200 by revenue, reputable, and recognised within the Legal 500, are looking to bring a junior Solicitor onto their fantastic Real Estate team. The firm is one of the best established in the UK, and you would be joining an exceptional Tier 4 London team with 15 other Solicitors dealing with a caseload of large commercial clients. Typical matters include Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development, and Property Investment matters. Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development, and Property Investment matters.
- Assist senior legal professionals and Partners with larger matters, progressing their business plans and developing your own client network.
- Representing commercial clients including those with office space, urban estates (including residential, hotel & leisure), industrial locations, and agricultural spaces. Clients will include private developers and asset managers, large estate owners, hotel operators, and investing from the UK, Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters.
- Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients.
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor of 2-3 PQE in a highly reputable boutique, national or international firm.
- Extensive experience managing Commercial Property or Real Estate matters, to include landlord and tenant and property development.
- Strong academic background, with a minimum of a 2:1 at undergraduate level.
- Ability to work to targets and history of meeting targets relative to salary.
- Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail.
- A strong interest in commercial property and internal progression.
- Property Finance experience is advantageous but not essential.
