VIEW FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Commercial Property Senior Associate/HOD/Partner up to £90,000 + bonus Location: Surrey | Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Surrey, is seeking a Senior Associate , Head of Department , or Salaried Partner to play a key leadership role within their growing commercial property team. The Role You’ll join a dedicated team of 4 and manage your own diverse caseload while overseeing a team that includes: A Senior Associate An NQ Solicitor Two experienced support staff The role is predominantly office-based , with the option to work from home 1 day per week after probation . You’ll advise a broad range of clients including investors, developers, lenders, corporate occupiers , and users of retail, office and industrial premises. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of commercial property work, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Grant and renewal of business leases Commercial funding and secured lending transactions Take on a leadership/management role within the department About You 4+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property (guideline only – all levels considered) Strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, commercial mindset Proven ability to work independently and lead a team Excellent client care skills and a solutions-driven approach What’s on Offer Salary up to £90,000 Benefits package Opportunity to lead and shape a respected Commercial Property department Work with an established and loyal client base Apply Now Interested in learning more?
