Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team and play a key role in fee-earning work.
The Role: As a Fee Earning Commercial Property Paralegal, you will support our busy commercial property team by managing your own caseload under supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, reports on title and other legal documentation
- Conducting legal research and due diligence including Land Registry and Companies House searches
- Assisting solicitors with more complex transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year’s experience in commercial property law (as a paralegal or similar role)
- Strong understanding of the commercial property transaction process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- A client-focused and proactive approach
- Legal qualification (e.g. Law degree, LPC or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
