A nationally recognised boutique firm, with a top-tier Legal 500 offering and a reputation for dealing with complex matters is looking for an Associate to join their thriving litigation team managing commercial litigation and fraud matters. Their client base is diverse and often international, with frequent matters appearing in the news.
This opportunity is for a junior solicitor that is interested in focusing their current litigation caseload on white-collar matters including anti-money laundering, bribery, corporate investigations, antitrust (cartels), fraud, and insider dealing. This firm is quickly growing and with a highly competitive salary this is a great fit for an up-and-coming Associate looking to gain an exciting caseload.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a varied caseload of litigation and arbitration matters relating to white-collar crime, corporate investigations, and related matters.
- Assisting senior Solicitors and Partners with complex matters and assisting with the growth of the larger team and firm.
- Building relationships with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care while ensuring full compliance.
- UK qualified solicitor of 1-5 PQE, with strong post-qualification experience from a recognised and reputable firm.
- Strong understanding and experience with commercial litigation and civil fraud, including managing clients and handling a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree at a minimum.
- Friendly, with an appreciation for firm culture and internal firm development.
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and members of staff.
- High levels of attention to detail.
